"It may seem like a simple plate of fried noodles(mee goreng) but it is a true testament to the greatness of the cook. It isn’t masked by heavy sauce or fancy plating. What you get is a humble plate of fried noodles with hint of wok hei and great balance of flavours!"

"I have enjoyed the soto makasar here since 2007. I left Labuan in 2012 and have been coming back to this amazing little corner once in a while and the level of deliciousness is still on spot. Today in 2022, I once again come and was very happy to realised that the soto makasar stall is still operating, run by the uncle’s son. In conclusion, come to this little corner if you are looking for an amazingly tasteful bowl of soto makasar."
